Hickey Field is closed til May 9th.  The school and BAL just had the outfield drill seeded.   Please stay off the field.  The HS field is also closed for repairs but should be open soon.  Finally, please do not pull out the plugs/whisks from out of the field and if you use the field, you must drag it afterwards.  The drag mats are located in the dugout.  

Dragging baseball fields is a very important part of routine maintenance. Dragging levels out the field, loosens dirt, removes cleat marks, makes the field look nice, and prevents ruts and rainouts. 

These few things will protect your investment in the fields, keep your registration fees down, and will keep the playing surface ready and available.  Please report any violations to BAL.  We appreciate your cooperation.
