The league rules contemplate that for ages where there is no select team, that the coaches of the individual age group (for example 9 year olds or 10 year olds) may form a travel team. The members of the travel team will play their regular team Badger White games and then will practice, play games, and tournament(s) with the travel team. There are a couple of parents who intend on coaching a 9 year old travel team. There will be tryouts for the team, with the assistance of outside evaluators, in the first half of April, 2015. Anybody who makes the team will have to pay an additional amount for those games (approximately 10 to 15 more games). It is anticipated that the additional amount will be approximately $50 to $100. More information will be available and sent to the kids in that age group as the tryouts occur.
