Updated Information on Registration and Uniform Fittings

Registration begins tomorrow! Please share this email with anyone you know with Tball age children as we don't want them to miss out!

As part of registration, it is imperative that you attend one of the following two fittings for Baseball, Softball, Coach Pitch or Tball: Saturday January 24 or Saturday January 31 from 9-12 noon at Bennington Elementary. Some of the vendors changed, so you don't want to assume from last year. There will be no exchanges or reorders if something doesn't fit. You will receive a sheet of the uniform items you need to try on. Mark your size selections on that sheet and then register online at

http://www.balonline.org/page/show/426539-baseball-and-softball-registration by January 31st. Parents can register between Feb 1-7, but will be charged a $50 Late Fee ---so don't be late! That same web page will also show you this year's registration fees and what level your child is eligible to play.

Badger Blue teams

MUST wear the B.A.L. Uniform components with NO SUBSTITUTIONS. This includes the B.A.L. Cap and or Visor, Helmet, Jersey, Pants, Belt, Socks. We will have both a Blue and White jersey and the long style pants this year.

 

Badger White teams

MUST wear the B.A.L. Cap and or Visor and Jersey. League approved Helmet, Pants, Belt and Socks are optional purchases on the registration system. If purchased outside of the league, baseball pants MUST be grey with royal blue braiding and Softball pants MUST be black. Socks and Belts MUST be Royal Blue. Team helmets will be provided to coaches for team use.

 

Badger Tball and Coach Pitch

teams MUST wear the B.A.L. Black adjustable Cap, and printed Tshirt provided by the league. League approved Helmet, Pants, Belt and Socks are optional purchases on the registration system. On game day, sport shorts or pants or baseball/softball pants are acceptable with sport socks. Team helmets will be provided to coaches for team use.

We would recommend BLACK shoes for all players.

 

NOTE

: One major change for 2015: You will now be charged a $100 DIBS deposit PER child. Once registration and game schedules are complete, near the end of March, we will determine how many volunteer credits are required for each family. 1 credit will be equal to 1 hour. Bring your checkbook

 

to the Uniform Fitting as we will have so MANY extra items for you to order. This is one of our major fundraisers. BAL is looking to do more Field Maintenance and . We need to raise almost $15,000 to hit our goals. So, please consider buying here to support the league.

Finally, she has some samples and more are coming in next week of some of the new offerings in which you will be able to order ONLINE and have them MAILED TO YOUR HOME. There will be an envelope at Uniform Fittings for you to submit your check for the badger decals. Order Deadline is January 31.
